Refund & Cancellation Policy

Emirates WiFi provides independent customer assistance and information regarding internet services.

Payments to Telecom Providers

Where a customer makes a payment directly to a telecommunications provider, that payment is subject to the provider’s own payment, refund, cancellation, and contract policies.

Emirates WiFi does not control or determine the refund policy of any third-party telecommunications provider.

Payments to Emirates WiFi

Emirates WiFi does not currently charge customers a separate fee for our basic information and application assistance. Therefore, there is no Emirates WiFi service fee to refund.

Cancellation

Customer should contact directly to the telecommunication provider for the cancellation of the service. We do not assist in this regard
